Job Purpose

To sell service contracts by leveraging technical expertise, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs. The role ensures revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and alignment with sales objectives.

Key Accountability Areas

Sales:

  • Promote and sell service contracts to new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to generate leads and close sales.
  • Conduct customer visits and presentations to explain the value of service contracts.

Technical Support:

  • Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products and services to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design service solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales process.

Customer Relationship:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for contract renewals or upgrades.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service contracts.

Contract Controlling:

  • Prepare and present service contract proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company standards.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor the performance and delivery of contracted services to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
