About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate Plumbing designs for various building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. You will work closely with a team of engineers and architects to deliver high-quality plumbing systems to our clients.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Drafting/Modeling accurate and detailed Plumbing drawings, including 2D and 3D models of Plumbing systems such as plans, sections, details, and isometrics using BIM software (Revit MEP).
• Adhering to established drafting guidelines, procedures, and best practices specific to Plumbing design.
• Utilizing the latest Plumbing drafting tools and techniques, employing the most current software and methodologies for efficient and accurate Plumbing design and documentation.
• Meeting project deadlines and milestones by executing Plumbing drafting tasks within allocated timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Staying updated on the latest developments in Plumbing codes, standards, materials, and technologies.
• Ensuring all Plumbing drawings and documentation adhere to established quality control procedures by complying with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Providing support to senior Plumbing designers by assisting them with various tasks, such as design reviews, model coordination, and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma/Technical/Bachelor Education with any specialization.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in Plumbing design and drafting.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP.
• In-depth knowledge of Plumbing codes and standards (e.g., IPC, UPC).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Knowledge and Functional Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal.
• Experience in the design and selection of Plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
