Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers for a variety of roles across different functions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage and enhance the employer brand by promoting the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities through digital platforms and networking events.
- Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and seamless interview coordination.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the engineering, consultancy, or technology industries.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions using various sourcing methods.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR technologies.
- Experience working in a consultancy environment is an advantage.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Knowledge and Functional Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and selection methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple recruitment projects, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment analytics and HR software to enhance hiring processes.
