Architect & Interior Designer (Interior & Finishing)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect (Interior & Finishing) to join our dynamic team at a Luxury Villas and 5 Star Hotels project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role is integral to ensuring the success of architectural and interior design aspects of the project, providing technical expertise, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, a deep understanding of high-end materials, and experience managing interior finishing for premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Lead the interior design and finishing process for luxury villas and 5-star hotel projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and project specifications.
• Select high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet luxury standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of interior finishing.
• Review shop drawings, BOQs, and mock-ups for accuracy and compliance with design standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to design details.
• Address technical issues and design challenges on-site with innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices in interior architecture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in consultancy supervision roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience in KSA/GCC region (highly recommended).
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Good command over English.

• Excellent understanding of construction detailing and finishing standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
