MANAGER, HEALTHCARE PROJECT - HC - AC

Job Purpose

A Senior Healthcare Planning Expert with 15+ years of mangaing & designing complex healthcare architecture at governemnt or enterprise level. The ideal candidate is someone both conultant and strategic advisor- who has extensive experience in designing healtcare and medical planning facilities at national or international level. The incumbant is well aware of the future healthcare technologies and have delivered innovative healthcare projects as per client vision and expectations. 

General Responsibilities

• Act a consultnat/advisor for healthcare and medical facilities master planning, designing, project mangement. 
• Interdisciplionary co-ordination with architects, SMEP, structural engineers, interior and landscape designers as well as numerous specialist sub-consultants healthcare design industry to provide innovative design solutions as per expectations.
• Lead the planning and design of hospitals, clinics, and complex healthcare environments from concept to construction.
• Collaborate across disciplines—including architecture, interiors, and planning—to ensure a holistic approach to patient-centered care environments.
• Provide technical oversight through design development, construction documents, and contract administration.
• Extensive experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA). Preferable cultural understanding of project management within KSA.
• Experience of continuous improvement and supporting capacity building / talent development.
• Knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and knowledge of principles and practices of related engineering design methods and systems.
• Knowledge of the building industry, regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to architectural work.

Qualifications

• Architecture degree (BArch. or MArch. from an intrnationaly reputed college/university)
• Experience in healthcare.medical project planning and design.
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software (like Revit).
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Enterprise project management of healthcare and medical planning.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, sustainability, and operational needs.
• Extensive experience in healthcare industry internation building standards and codes. 
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of engineering procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.
