Project Manager - Electrical

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure and engineering projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, preferably in Electrical Engineering, combined with extensive project management experience. This role is ideal for senior Egyptian professionals looking to relocate and contribute to major development projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate withteams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Manage project documentation, procurement schedules, budget monitoring, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with regional (SASO, SEC) and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC).
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure project quality and safety.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and project staff.
• Lead risk management, client communication, and continuous performance evaluation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in engineering project management.
• Strong track record in infrastructure, substation, power, or utility projects.
• Familiarity with international and regional engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).

Language Proficiency Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Knowledge and Functional Competencies:

• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control tools (e.g., CostX, Candy, SAP, Primavera).
• Familiarity with international cost control standards and project execution methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical and administrative teams.
