Job Summary
The talent acquisition specialit is responsible for full-cycle recruitment from attracting, sorucing, and hiring top talent to meet the orginzation current and future workforce requirements. The incumbant with closly work with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans aliging with overall obectives of the organization.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of management and technical roles
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive market research.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partnering closely with department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs, define critical role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews and sometimes participating in or leading interviews to assess candidates.
- Extending job offers, negotiating terms (salary, benefits), and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Contributing to and promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance its reputation
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.
