Job Purpose

Support quality control operations by analyzing quality data, assisting in resolving issues, and improving inspection processes to ensure product compliance and quality standards.

Functional Responsibilities

Quality Monitoring and Analysis

• Monitor quality performance across production stages and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze inspection results and quality data to identify trends and issues

Inspection and Testing Support

• Support development and improvement of inspection and testing methods
• Ensure inspection processes align with product specifications and standards

Non-Conformance Analysis

• Analyze quality issues and identify root causes
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and reduce defects
• Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives in coordination with production

Documentation and Standards

• Prepare and update inspection procedures, checklists, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements

Coordination and Support

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns
• Provide technical input during investigations and problem-solving activities

Continuous Improvement and Compliance

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs
• Participate in audits and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
