RPA Senior Developer

Job Purpose

This position exists to perform Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development of UiPath efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

UiPath Development: 

  • Develop and participate in implementation of RPA systems to achieve time saving, cost saving and/or process enhancement.
  • Investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes using UiPath RPA technologies and tools to maximize efficiency for a business model.
  • Develop standard and efficient RPA Bots scripts in coordination with business teams and highlight the dependencies using industry best practices and framework as per the requirement of the process. 
  • Build high-quality code and reusable components using UiPath and by following modular programming and architecture design to meet business requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Integrate data from various back-end web services and databases by effectively coordination with the Business Analyst and create the codes as per guidelines.

Technical Assessments: 

  • Perform technical analysis, technical scoping, and development estimates for business requirements with accurate effort estimates and low-level design on technical solution ensuring that proposed solutions and requirements are viable and can be delivered to satisfaction of the customer. Assist in the preparation of project plans for activities performed within the framework of a given project including defining technical project scope as well as preparing work plans for the project.

Solution Documentation: 

  • Produce high quality technical documents on all developments and customizations within the defined deadlines to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed.

Post Go-live Support: 

  • Resolve production incidents during the support and maintenance phase within the defined Service Level Agreements – SLAs to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction.

  • Academic Qualification

    Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
