Job Purpose
This position exists to perform the salaries payments activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
Business Operations:
- Check and update Payroll manual amendment orders.
- Prepare and Check incentives and bonus payments.
- Activate and validate salaries increments.
- Check (leave encashment, housing for vacation, Transportation for vacation and Due ticket)
- Lock / unlock employees payroll cards workflow requests.
Supervision:
- Support payroll team to solve and analyze Payroll issues and challenges.
- Check and review salary preparation.
- Check and review paying final settlements payment through WPS.
Payroll System Enhancement:
- Test SAP, EC enhancements and developments.
Reports:
- Prepare and follow up weekly and monthly reports.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Any relevant field
