Job Purpose
Ensure the successful implementation, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
Key Accountability Areas
- Setup the Revit model using BIM standard workflow.
- Maintain and manage Revit model health for smooth operation/performance of the models.
- Troubleshoot Revit user issues.
- Provide continuing quality assurance with project teams to maintain BIM quality and standards.
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and firm-wide modeling and information standards.
- Communicate/coordinate BIM related workflows with project team.
- Coordinate with BIM leads in other disciplines.
- Attend coordination / clash detection meetings as necessary.
- Maintain continuity of information across multiple applications.
- Provide general setup, configuration, and customization of Revit models.
- Handle customization, trouble shooting and product testing. Warning and Error messages management.
- Manage Models & Apply naming Convension & Manage Reviews throgh ACC( Autodesk Construction Cloud )

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
