• Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

Job Purpose
Primary purpose is to manage, coordinate, and integrate 3D digital models and data from various disciplines (architecture, engineering, MEP) into a unified, accurate, and clash-free model. They facilitate collaboration, ensure adherence to BIM standards , Manage Revit templates and Families to adhere for every discipline needs.
Key Accountability Areas
Revit specific responsibilities, you will perform:
Model Set Up, which includes:
1-Create Revit families and templates to each discipline and ensure a proper workflow.
2-Starter file setup with appropriate Revit Content, View templates, and parameters.
3-Existing conditions modeling and linking other discipline models.
4-Coordinate / Update the Survey and Project Base point location in Revit; and
confirm that all team members use appropriate versions/builds of Revit.
5-Dynamo scripts creation.
Model Maintenance, which includes:
1-Clearing critical warnings and errors;
2-Troubleshooting Revit issues for the team;
3-Coordinating workset setup for each discipline;
4-Ensuring that Revit files are regularly audited;
5-Collecting and Managing Links of required parties;
6-Organizing and maintaining Revit project browser;
7-Resolving any Coordination Review issues;
8-Removing unnecessary views, design options, links (CAD and Revit), line styles, families, images;
9-Purging as necessary unused elements not captured in the list above; and
10-Reviewing elements to ensure they are meeting the Level of Development (LOD) specified in the BIM Execution Plan.
Model Coordination, which includes:
1-Cordinating with other disciplines/vendors for modeling and drawings, sheet setup and area creation;
2-Coordinating respective disciplines plotting / creation of sheet files using the proper print settings and view templates;
3-Ensuring the naming, numbering, and assembly of drawings is accurately set up;
4-Updating the titleblock with latest issuance title and date;
