Job Purpose

Develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality Electrical BIM Models and Shop Drawings using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and construction specifications. Ensure accurate and timely production of electrical construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. 

Functional Responsibilities

BIM Modeling & Shop Drawing Production: 

• Develop Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce shop drawings for power, lighting, low current, fire alarm, nurse call, ict, public address, grounding and lightning protection systems.
• Electrical calculation (voltage drop and short circuit)
• Earthing and lightning calculations
• Generate layouts, sections, details, schedules, and installation drawings from BIM models. 

BIM Coordination & Clash Resolution:

• Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Participate in clash detection and issue resolution.
• Documentation & Quality Control:
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and electrical codes.
• Maintain revision control and quality checks before submission.
