Job Purpose

The Architectural Design Engineer is responsible for developing architectural designs from concept through detailed design, preparing coordinated drawings, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards. 

Functional Responsibilities

 • Develop architectural designs from concept through schematic and detailed design stages.

 • Prepare coordinated architectural drawings, Revit models, construction documents, details, schedules, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and other disciplines.

• Review multidisciplinary drawings, identify clashes and design conflicts, and support their resolution.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, authority regulations, client standards, and BIM requirements.

• Review architectural materials, finishes, specifications, and construction details.

• Incorporate comments received from clients, consultants, authorities, and internal review teams.

• Support design submissions, reports, design options, and coordination meetings.

• Manage assigned tasks and support the architectural team in meeting project deadlines. 

Required Software Skills :

• Autodesk Revit Architecture 
• AutoCAD 
• 3ds Max and V-Ray, Corona, or similar rendering software 
• Adobe Photoshop

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
