Sr. Landscape Architect (BIM)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional landscape designs that meet their requirements.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit BIM software.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
• Handling the clients introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, making reasonable changes to the plan, and providing a walk-through at the job’s completion.
• Coordinate with other related engineering disciplines Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP & Infrastructure to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor' degree in architecture engineering with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in landscape design.
• Experience working with multinational design consultants.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
