Electrical BIM Modeler

Job Purpose

Proven track record in building services design with different types of sectors, including high rise, commercial, residential, retail, Healthcare, Industrial, refurbishment, etc. 

Job Requirements

• Must be experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. 
• Must be good experienced in REVIT, Navisworks, BIM 360 & AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Must be able to produce drawings and BIM models with minimum supervision.
• Preparation of Electrical layouts for schematics/SLD, lighting, power, fire alarm, containment, earthing, and lightning protection layouts using BIM/CAD
• Responsible for fully coordinated 3D modeling of electrical systems using Autodesk Revit
• Knowledge of BIM standards and Revit Family Creations.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Good team player whilst remaining self-motivated.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
