Sr. Electrical Design Engineer

Role Requirements

• Proven track record in building services design with different types of sectors, including high rise, commercial, residential, retail, Healthcare, Industrial, refurbishment, etc. 
• Proven ability to carry out both manual and computer aided calculations, problem solving, technical and financial analyses, etc.
• Extensive experience in Electrical building services design such as Power distribution, Containment and Lighting Design.
• Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office.
• Detailed knowledge of BIM / digitalisation techniques and standards  
• Strong software capability and proficiency in ETAP, AMTECH, Dialux, AutoCAD, REVIT and Navisworks, 
• Excellent knowledge of international design standards, BSEN, SEC, ASHRAE, NFPA etc
• Excellent knowledge of local statutory authorities’ regulations and submission requirements across Middle East, mainly, UAE and KSA
• Advanced knowledge of Electrical Engineering Principles, LV, Lighting, ELV and FLS design 

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree. in Electrical Engineering 
• Minimum of 9-12 years’ experience, 6 years’ experience in Middle East is preferably, but not essential.
