Job Purpose
To perform marketing and technical support activities through market analysis, product presentations, performance reporting, and documentation in order to support marketing planning and ensure the availability of accurate and reliable business information.
Key Accountability Areas
Market Research and Analysis
- Collect and analyze data related to market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Monitor market developments and maintain updated market intelligence records.
- Prepare structured market analysis reports and presentations.
Technical Marketing Support
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical marketing materials.
- Translate product features and specifications into application-based information.
- Support technical training sessions for distributors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Representation and Marketing Activities
- Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events to present product information.
- Provide technical support during marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the availability of required technical and product data for marketing use.
Market Development Support
- Collect data required for evaluating potential markets, distributors, and business partners.
- Assist in the preparation of market entry studies and related documentation.
- Maintain records of market development activities and findings.
Planning and Budget Support
- Assist in preparing marketing activity schedules and required planning inputs.
- Track marketing expenses and maintain proper expenditure records.
- Update planning and monitoring templates with actual data.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Collect data related to marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare periodic performance and activity reports.

Marketing Systems and Documentation
- Maintain marketing databases, records, and documentation.
