Job Purpose

Improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output, while actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Key Accountability Areas

Production Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate daily production processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
  • Monitor and control Production Work in Progress (WIP) and sub-store inventory.

Process Improvement:

  • Lead efforts to improve processes, optimizing equipment and materials for increased production efficiency.

Engineering Support:

  • Provide essential engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maintain operational efficiency.

Production Evaluation and Recommendations:

  • Assess ongoing production activities and offer recommendations for improvements.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions.

Cost Reduction and Quality Standards:

  • Implement initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop clear operating instructions and equipment specifications for streamlined production.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training and guidance to team members, supporting their growth and contributing to production goals.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

  • Formulate and implement best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability.
  • Participate in 5S processes and procedures, collaborating with the safety in-charge.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on product specifications, engineering technology, and the latest production processes.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
