Job Purpose

Lead projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate project components, foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions to achieve project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Accountability Areas

Project Release:

  • Facilitate the progression of the project at each milestone (Receive IPO, Design, Metal, Materials, Production, QC, and Customer Inspection).

Commitment and Monitoring:

  • Offer initial commitment to projects.
  • Supervise and oversee project processes (IPO, Planning, Execution, Closing).

Shop Floor Management:

  • Supervise and oversee projects on the shop floor.

Conflict Management:

  • Effectively handle conflicts within the project, order activity, and between milestones.

Schedule Control:

  • Manage the schedule by overseeing the status of project activities.
  • Identify deviations from the plan and execute corrective actions to minimize risks.

Communication Management:

  • Oversee and control communications throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure information needs are met.

Customer Inspection:

  • Supervise customer inspections and address inspection comments.
  • Conclude the project in line with customer requirements.

Decision Implementation:

  • Execute decisions related to commitment and establish priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
