Job Purpose
Lead projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate project components, foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions to achieve project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Accountability Areas
Project Release:
- Facilitate the progression of the project at each milestone (Receive IPO, Design, Metal, Materials, Production, QC, and Customer Inspection).
Commitment and Monitoring:
- Offer initial commitment to projects.
- Supervise and oversee project processes (IPO, Planning, Execution, Closing).
Shop Floor Management:
- Supervise and oversee projects on the shop floor.
Conflict Management:
- Effectively handle conflicts within the project, order activity, and between milestones.
Schedule Control:
- Manage the schedule by overseeing the status of project activities.
- Identify deviations from the plan and execute corrective actions to minimize risks.
Communication Management:
- Oversee and control communications throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure information needs are met.
Customer Inspection:
- Supervise customer inspections and address inspection comments.
- Conclude the project in line with customer requirements.
Decision Implementation:
- Execute decisions related to commitment and establish priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
