SR. Quality Assurance Inspector | alfanar Electric

Job Purpose

To ensure the quality and compliance of products and processes by performing inspections, testing, and documentation in line with defined standards and customer requirements. The role supports quality assurance activities, manages non-conformance issues, and provides accurate reporting to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountability Areas

Inspection and Testing

• Perform inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities as directed by the immediate manager.
• Participate in customer inspections and testing activities, ensuring compliance with defined standards and requirements.
• Assist superiors during customer inspections and testing, providing technical support as required.

Non-Conformance Management

• Identify and report product defects by raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) or punch lists.
• Monitor and follow up on the resolution of non-conforming products until closure.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare detailed test reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
• Prepare Certificates of Conformity (COC) and warranty certificates in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of responses to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) comments.

Design and Drawing Control

• Manage and control design change documents, ensuring proper registration and traceability.
• Handover marked-up drawings to the design office to facilitate the preparation of as-built drawings.

Site Inspections

• Conduct inspections of site-damaged panels and prepare comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations.
