Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Fleet administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of company’s vehicles to ensure that all users are using the vehicles as per the company policy & procedures and the vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. As it requires the administrator to work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that the fleet is meeting the needs of everyone who uses it.

Key Accountability Areas

  • To ensure physical (Handover / Return vehicle to users), are being done properly, and all SAP transactions (Handover / Return vehicle to users), (Maintenance orders), (Fuel orders) are maintained in a timely manner and accurate
  • Provide efficient contact dealing with vehicles users, repair workshops and suppliers through telephone, and email
  • Follow up with vehicle users and make sure vehicles regular maintenance is being done on time.
  • Provide an efficient administrative service including collating, inputting, and maintaining data on SAP and excel sheets (Vehicle license, Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle operation cards, driver license, Vehicle MVPI) and other documents
  • Follow accident cases with the Insurance department and all related parties until closing the case.

  • Academic Qualification

    Diploma Degree in Transportation/Logistics
