 The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

   • Ceramic wall and floor tiles

   • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

   • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

   • Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose

To support installation and technical execution activities by providing on-site assistance, coordinating with teams, and ensuring work is carried out in line with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Accountability Areas

Installation & Technical Execution

  • Conduct site visits to assist in installation activities, provide on-site guidance, and support mock-ups and inspections across various sales channels.
  • Prepare technical notes, reports, and recommendations to support resolution of installation and execution-related issues.
  • Follow established installation methodologies and quality standards to ensure consistent application across projects.
  • Participate in training sessions for contractors, applicators, and stakeholders to promote correct installation practices.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Provide technical support to sales teams in projects, showrooms, and distribution channels.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with contractors, buyers, applicators, and key customers.
  • Attend customer meetings to support investigation and resolution of technical or installation concerns.
  • Contribute to project planning by reviewing installation requirements and providing technical input.

Cross-Departmental Coordination & Efficiency

  • Coordinate with Quality Control, Projects, and other departments to align installation and execution activities.
  • Support the delivery of technical service processes across all sales channels.
  • Assist in monitoring performance data and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and efficient use of available resources.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth execution of installation activities.
  • Support team initiatives focused on improving service quality and operational performance.
  • Maintain a collaborative and professional approach in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Ceramic Engineering or Any relevant field
