 The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

   • Ceramic wall and floor tiles

   • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

   • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

   • Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose

Interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the Showroom sales process. Maintain the Strong Relations with the customers and achieve the Sales Target based on the company plan.

Key Accountability Areas

Customer Interactions:

  • Giving warm welcome and meet customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and make presentations.
  • Build close and good relations with potential and existing customers and ensure proper follow up.

Showroom Sales:

  • Showcasing showroom products to showroom customers.
  • Promoting new products for customer awareness.
  •  Support in preparing the quotations according to the customers’ needs and specifications.
  •  Follow up with the customers till closing the deal.
  • Support in the process of payments from customers, carry out invoicing procedures and follow up delivery process.
  • Achieving the annual sales target.

Coordination and Communication: 

  • Interaction & coordination with internal departments like brand management, logistics, etc. wherever required.

  • Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved. 
  • Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.

  • Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
