Job Purpose
Provide administrative support to the Administration Department, including managing drivers, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, overseeing office supplies, coordinating departmental activities, managing facilities, handling communication and correspondence, and assisting with budget administration.
Key Accountability Areas
- Demonstrated track record in a similar administrative role, showcasing competence and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Computer Software: Sound knowledge and experience with relevant software and tools required for effective administrative tasks.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze information, problem-solve efficiently, and communicate effectively within and across teams.

- Overseeing company vehicle management, drivers, and ensuring seamless coordination between company car users and designated drivers.
- Oversee the utilization and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and manage company-assigned drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and company guidelines.
- Monitor and arrange for the regular upkeep and servicing of company vehicles to maintain optimal functionality.
- Maintain and organize all necessary documentation related to company vehicles, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Analyze information, problem-solve efficiently, and communicate effectively within and across teams.
