Job Purpose

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrator Assistant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be integral in overseeing company vehicle management, drivers, and ensuring seamless coordination between company car users and designated drivers. This role demands a solid grasp of administrative principles within the Admin Department, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for efficient collaboration across diverse teams.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Company Vehicle Management: Oversee the utilization and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure smooth operations.
  • Driver Coordination: Supervise and manage company-assigned drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and company guidelines.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor and arrange for the regular upkeep and servicing of company vehicles to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Vehicle Documentation: Maintain and organize all necessary documentation related to company vehicles, ensuring compliance and accessibility.

Role Accountability

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in a similar administrative role, showcasing competence and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Computer Software: Sound knowledge and experience with relevant software and tools required for effective administrative tasks.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze information, problem-solve efficiently, and communicate effectively within and across teams.
