ASSISTANT, ADMINISTRATOR

Job Purpose

This position exists to assist in performing support services administrative tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Help with communicating with all building attendants on daily basis to collect the required maintenance and opened maintenance tickets.
  • Assist in Generating maintenance tickets reports and follow up with maintenance team for the pending / late tickets.
  • Assist in checking all the newly vacant flats/rooms and open the needed maintenance tickets then follow up till completing the maintenance.

Facility Visits:

  • Visit housing buildings daily and evaluate building attendants twice a month using the standard checklist.
  • Help with performing regular quality inspection for all offices and common area then fill the evaluation checklists on weekly basis.

Housing Announcement:

  • Assist in publishing the vacant family units on the portal on weekly basis.

Cleaning and Pantry Items:

  • Coordinate with offices foreman to order the needed cleaning and pantry items
  • Assist in performing weekly inventory for cleaning and pantry items then send the report to facility manager.

  • Academic Qualification

    Diploma Degree in Administration Institute
