Job Purpose
To execute product adaptation activities by preparing technical specifications, validating field performance, and updating documentation. The role also assists sales with technical input, performs field analysis, and contributes to customer training efforts to ensure successful product application and support.
Key Accountability Areas
Product Adaptation and Development
- Lead product adaptation projects by gathering requirements, preparing technical specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams.
- Validate product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain technical documentation based on product changes or field insights.
Field Analysis and Evaluation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment operation and performance in the field.
- Identify and report operational issues, proposing technical improvements or corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address field-related feedback and performance trends.
Sales and Pre-Sales Support
- Support the sales team by analyzing customer specifications and providing technical input.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation for customers and stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions during bidding or proposal stages to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Customer Training and Technical Enablement
- Lead or support customer training sessions on product functionality, operation, and maintenance.
- Develop training materials and ensure knowledge transfer on technical topics.
- Address customer inquiries and follow up on technical concerns post-training.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
