Job Purpose

 Responsible for the life cycle planning of business applications through selection, operation, refresh, migration, optimization, retirement, and disposal. manages the IT Application teams that have specific responsibility for building or configuring, maintaining, or enhancing, and eventually decommissioning applications through the life cycle. 

Functional Responsibilities

  • Experienced in S4Hana migration projects
  • Has worked previously in large corporate with experience in multi-subsidiary/company application management
  • Has worked on multi-year and multi-track transformation roadmaps
  • Has working on developing digital products with revenue stream
  • Industry experience is also essential
  • Oversee SAP S/4HANA project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI
  • Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.
  • Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.
  • Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value.

  • Business Planning and Performance:

  • Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans.
  • Able to Plan, follow-up and execute those plans, whether they are annual or development plans.
  • Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take the corrective action accordingly.
  • Provide periodic work progress reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
  • Organizational Development:

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
  • Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
  • Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
