Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Architecture Site Engineer to oversee the construction of villa projects within NHC (National Housing Company) developments in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage on-site construction activities, ensure adherence to architectural plans, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Accountability Areas

1. Site Management:
   - Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring that all work is executed according to the approved architectural plans.
   - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and onsite workers to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
   - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.

2. Quality Control:
   - Inspect architectural details and finishes to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
   - Identify and rectify any deviations from the design plans in coordination with project architects and contractors.
   - Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high construction standards.

3. Coordination and Communication:
   - Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions.
   - Organize and participate in site meetings to resolve any onsite issues promptly.
   - Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

4.Technical Expertise:
   - Interpret and analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction activities.
   - Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to ensure accuracy and precision in building works.
   - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.

5. Safety and Compliance:
   - Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications.
   - Conduct regular safety audits and enforce adherence to safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents.
   - Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all workers are adequately trained and equipped with necessary safety gear.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:
   - Maintain detailed and accurate records of construction activities, changes to plans, and onsite issues.
   - Document daily progress, site conditions, and material usage for project tracking and evaluation.
   - Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and documents are secured and up to date.

Role Accountability

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5-10] years of experience in architectural site engineering, preferably in residential or villa construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing and supervising construction sites, with a strong emphasis on quality control and compliance.
- Professional certification or license in engineering (e.g., PMP, PE) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project)

Working Conditions:

- The role is primarily based on-site at construction locations within NHC projects in Saudi Arabia or any other project as per company roles.
- May require extended hours and weekends to meet project deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel between different project sites as needed.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
