Job Purpose

To support sales by maintaining attractive product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented in line with company standards.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, priced, and labeled.
  • Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels on display and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
  • Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report market trends to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams.

Academic Qualification

High School Degree in Any relevant field
