Job Purpose
To support sales by maintaining attractive product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented in line with company standards.
Key Accountability Areas
- Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, priced, and labeled.
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels on display and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
- Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and report market trends to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams.

Academic Qualification
High School Degree in Any relevant field
