Job Purpose

Supports the establishment, development, alignment, and execution of annual business plans, ensuring consistency across units and functions. Involves managing committees, facilitating meetings, and tracking performance through dashboards and reporting. Ensures proper documentation, follow-up on actions, and provides insights for informed decision-making to drive successful business outcomes.

Key Accountability Areas

Business Plans Management:

  • Support the creation of annual business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational technical and operational objectives.
  • Cascade business plan objectives into specific, actionable initiatives with clear priorities, responsibilities, and timelines across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Assist in the authorization of sales, resource, and financial budgets, ensuring consistency with the business plan and providing analytical support.
  • Facilitate business plan preparation, reviews, and authorization sessions, ensuring clarity and alignment across technical and non-technical functions.

Business Plans Performance:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set and monitor challenging performance indicators, providing analysis to track progress against set targets.
  • Monitor and report on annual plans timelines, milestones, and accuracy, providing insights and flagging any deviations to ensure successful plans outcomes.
  • Support business plans by identifying potential issues, providing solutions and mitigating risks to guarantee plans success.

Committees Management:

  • Activate committees’ structures and charters, ensuring proper governance and management of cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate and manage committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, scheduling, and recording of meeting minutes.
  • Track action items from meetings, ensuring the timely execution of tasks and reporting on any pending or overdue actions.

Reporting and Monitoring:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize the progress of business plans, initiatives, and KPIs, ensuring clear and accessible reporting for stakeholders.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical tools, dashboards, and reports to committees to monitor the progress and performance of both strategic and operational activities.
  • Ensure proper management, secure archiving, and compliance of all performance reports, meeting minutes, and related documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure proper archiving and confidentiality of all business planning documentation (digital and physical) while reviewing and enhancing business planning systems and tools.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Any relevant field
