Job Purpose
Ensure the consistency of documents, training employees on document usage, and organizing documents across the organization.
Key Accountability Areas
Documentation Duties:
- Print and distribute documents as needed
- Handle records across various departments
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive document
- Create templates for use by other personnel
Role Accountability
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
- Use tools and machineries within efficient cost and time.
- Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
- Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
- Implement the quality standards for products or processes or related activities.
- Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
- Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations
