Job Purpose

Ensure the consistency of documents, training employees on document usage, and organizing documents across the organization.

Key Accountability Areas

Documentation Duties:

  • Print and distribute documents as needed
  • Handle records across various departments
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive document
  • Create templates for use by other personnel

Role Accountability

  • Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
  • Use tools and machineries within efficient cost and time.
  • Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
  • Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
  • Implement the quality standards for products or processes or related activities.
  • Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
  • Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations
