Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

To support the delivery of high-quality catering services by coordinating food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and assisting in event execution to achieve client satisfaction.

Key Accountability Areas

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate the provision of food and beverage services in accordance with event requirements.
  • Participate in the setup and execution of catering activities at various events.
  • Collaborate with chefs to plan and refine menus based on client needs and event themes.
  • Assist in staff orientation and provide support to team members during catering operations.
  • Contribute to the organization and smooth execution of daily catering functions.
  • Support scheduling activities to ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.

Quality and Safety:

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor product and service quality to maintain established standards.
  • Follow EHS and HACCP procedures within all catering facilities to ensure compliance.

Administrative and Financial Support:

  • Maintain accurate records related to catering activities and supplies.
  • Track stock levels and prepare requisitions for required items.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal clients regarding orders and service needs.
  • Collect and document client feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Facility Operations:

  • Support the coordination of catering facilities, including event setup and resource allocation.
  • Ensure catering areas and equipment are clean, maintained, and ready for use.

Client and Team Interaction:

  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Provide assistance in resolving operational issues that may arise during events.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Hospitality / Kitchen Management or Any relevant field
