Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This Position exists to assist in performing entery of nonconformity products data tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle after sales service functions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers related to service functions
  • Alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance. 
  • Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals
  • Maintain database of customer sales order and their comments/complains Maintain computerized information systems and SAP services and warranty data.
  • Plan and co-ordinate transportation of materials related to service functions
