Job Purpose
Support site documentation and data entry activities by maintaining accurate project records, updating progress information, and organizing planning-related files and reports.
Key Accountability Areas
1. Data Entry & Record Updating
a. Enter and update project progress data in MS Excel, Primavera P6, and related tracking systems.
b. Input activity percentages, dates, and site progress information as provided by the project team.
c. Maintain accurate and updated records for project activities and planning data.
2. Documentation & File Management
a. Organize and maintain planning files, logs, and electronic records.
b. Ensure proper filing and backup of project schedules and related documents in shared folders.
c. Keep records updated for easy tracking and retrieval.
3. Progress Data Collection
a. Collect daily and weekly progress updates from site teams.
b. Follow up on missing or incomplete progress information for record updating purposes.
c. Verify received data before system entry.
4. Reporting Support
a. Prepare basic progress summaries, logs, and schedule printouts as required.
b. Export schedules, tables, and reports for internal documentation purposes.
c. Support the team in maintaining accurate project data and reporting records.
