Job Purpose
Support the Planning team on site by updating schedules, collecting progress data, and maintaining accurate planning records in Primavera P6.
Key Accountability Areas
- Schedule Updating
- Update project schedules in Primavera P6 based on approved site progress data.
- Input activity percentages, actual dates, and progress information as instructed by the PMO team.
- Ensure schedule data reflects actual site conditions.
- Data Collection & Follow-Up
- Collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams.
- Follow up with construction teams on updated activity sheets and progress inputs.
- Maintain updated records for all site activities.
- Planning Support & Reporting
- Support the planning team in preparing look-ahead schedules, progress summaries, and basic planning reports.
- Export schedules, tables, and charts for management and reporting purposes.
- Data Entry & System Discipline
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Primavera P6.
- Maintain organized planning files and backups in shared folders.
