Job Purpose
Design and deliver high quality graphics designs for all product promotions & sales needs for both print and digital media, adhering to campaign briefs and deadlines.
Key Accountability Areas
Conceptual Design
- Incorporating Exa Brand guidelines and values to all design materials
- Reflect highly creative design approach to layout, composition, pagination, styling, and coloring senses for both printed and digital media.
- Ensure excellent conversion, resizing and adoption of miscellaneous design materials into other needed tools for different marketing platforms and sales channels through print and digital process.
- Handle and resize product packaging.
- Responsible for designing general marketing tools, campaign materials, social media postings and updating web graphic contents.
- Maintaining Graphic Design and Product knowledge up-to date through seeking information and research.
Archiving and Reporting
- Participating and preparing visual database of products and archive it in an efficient way to be easily understood and delivered to the end users.
- Reporting work status and progress daily, ensuring all assigned requisitions are done and delivered on time.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
