Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exist to take full responsibility of overall management of Duty team .
Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost.
Deliver as per company quality standards.
Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the sub sections to a further step.
Key Accountability Areas
- Prepare and review all related procedures to respond to any emergency cases, as such as (fire, fire alarm, fights, urgent maintenance, strike, medical cases, etc. ) .
- Conduct readiness and integrity tests for the monitoring team, as such as (fire alarm respond time, integrity test for the CCTV operators, etc.).
- Monitor all available systems and follow up the related maintenance contracts accordingly to make sure these systems are functioning properly, as such as KABA system, ACIC system, NPR system, central alarm system,..etc.
- Manage monitoring team performance in terms of. (check lists, KPIs, attendance, shifts, vacations, evaluation, incentive, irregular visits, training, etc.. ) .
- Report all violation tickets to the concerned parties.
- Analyze the service at night time and report for any incident
- Provide periodic reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or upon needs).

• Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
