Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans for motors and generators, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance work, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and servicing capabilities, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Consult with management on operational issues, performance metrics, and strategic planning.
  • Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supply of parts and materials for maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in the continual improvement of maintenance practices and processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in maintenance planning within the factory industry, specializing in motors and generators.
  • Strong technical expertise in motors and generators maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
