Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Create and manage project schedules.
  • Allocate and optimize resources (Cash flow, manpower histogram …. Etc)
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Generate progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration among team members.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements.
  • Submitting daily, weekly & monthly updating reports.
  • Coordination between all parties.  

Role Accountability

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or project management.
  • Required Experience ( 3 – 8 ) years with construction fields
  • Good experience with MS Project & Primavera Programs
  • Good experience with all Microsoft office & Power BI
  • Good Experience with Cost Control field.  
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
