 The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

   • Ceramic wall and floor tiles

   • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

   • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

   • Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose

Ensuring that contractors, consultants, customers and partners meet the specific requirements. Managing the pre-qualifications and registration assessment, recording and analysis of respective data, and performance update.

Key Accountability Areas

Data Management and Communication:

  • Responsible for uploading data in C4C (Customer Relationship Management system).
  • Submit samples to designers, contractors, consultants, and company owners.
  • Generate presentations about EXA’s products and services for the mentioned stakeholders.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Coordinate customers’ factory visits.
  • Generate material submittals and follow up on approvals.
  • Provide reports on a weekly or monthly basis.

Others:

  • Keep the online sheet up to date.
  • Visit and conduct meetings for prospective projects.
