Job Purpose

Support the design, documentation, and improvement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Contribute to analyzing current workflows, identifying process gaps, and implementing approved changes. Ensure effective adoption of new procedures through coordination, training, and continuous process evaluation.  

Key Accountability Areas

Process Design & Development

  • Design and document business processes, procedures, and workflows in alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current-state operations and define future-state requirements.

Gap Analysis & Assessment

  • Conduct current-state versus future-state gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate existing policies and procedures to confirm alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
  • Perform root cause analysis of process inefficiencies using appropriate analytical tools and methodologies.

Process Deployment & Implementation

  • Execute approved process changes and automation solutions, including related system and software enhancements.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new policies, procedures, and workflows across relevant departments.
  • Monitor implementation outcomes, collect stakeholder feedback, and refine processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Change Management & Training

  • Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions to support the adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Participate in change management activities by engaging stakeholders, maintaining communication, and addressing concerns.
  • Act as a process subject matter resource to promote understanding and compliance across the organization.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or Any relevant field
