Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Efficiently perform customer support for sales processing and delivery activitie

Key Accountability Areas

Technical Presentations and Training:

  • Develop technical seminars and workshops for electricians and traders to present alfanar's current and new products.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, illustrating how a product aligns with client needs.
  • Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

Sales Support and Channel Expansion:

  • Support sales by expanding into new channels and assisting current agents.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing visits to enhance market presence.
  • Conduct surveys and market studies to analyze products in the market, including competitors' specifications and prices, to refine alfanar's offerings.
  • Prepare market studies for potential new products and assess the feasibility of investment in alfanar for these products.

Marketing and Visibility Enhancement:

  • Enhance alfanar's visibility in the local market through the installation of signboards and billboards.
  • Assist marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation:
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Compile reports on sales achievements.

Market Intelligence and Collaboration:

  • Stay informed about market technological needs and evolution, sharing insights with Product Line Managers.

Project Management:

  • When necessary, assume the role of a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution meets customer expectations and aligns with initial proposals.

Sales Targets and Customer Problem Solving:

  • Achieve regular sales targets.
  • Address and resolve client problems.

HR Proficiency

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively achieved. 
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. 
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates. 

Delivery

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. 
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
