Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting tendering activities by preparing preliminary designs, drawings, and technical documentation required for proposals, ensuring alignment with project specifications and supporting accurate and timely offer development.
Key Accountability Areas
Base Design Preparation:
- Prepare preliminary drawings, layouts, and design documents for tendering purposes based on provided specifications.
- Support development of base designs required for technical proposals.
- Update and revise designs in line with engineer inputs and tender requirements.
Technical Documentation Support:
- Assist in preparing design-related documents and technical submittals for tenders.
- Ensure completeness and proper organization of design documentation.
- Maintain version control and proper filing of all design outputs.
Tendering Support:
- Support the tendering team by providing required design inputs within defined timelines.
- Align design outputs with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and comments from engineers into design revisions.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with tendering engineers and relevant teams to clarify design requirements.
- Support communication of design updates and changes during the tendering cycle.
System & Data Management:
- Upload and maintain drawings and documents in designated systems (e.g., SAP, ECTR).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of design-related data.
Compliance & Quality:
- Follow defined design standards, codes, and company guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of drawings and documentation.

- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Design or Any relevant field
