Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and delivering Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. The HSE Trainer promotes a strong safety culture across all project sites and ensures employees are competent and aware of safe work practices.
Key Accountability Areas

Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for staff and workers.

Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Support site management in implementing safety campaigns and toolbox talks.

Ensure training compliance records are maintained and up to date.
