Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Build products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages efficiently, promptly, and with quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
Full Stack Development:
- Engage in full-stack development, covering every layer of the technology stack.
- Innovate for new features and infrastructure, enhancing system capabilities.
- Create end-to-end solutions efficiently using low-code platforms.
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions with reliable workflows.
- Conduct thorough testing and seamless deployment of applications.
Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead new projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams for software design and architecture.
- Provide essential technical guidance and support to junior consultants.
Performance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure optimal application performance, uptime, and scalability.
- Uphold high standards of code quality and meticulous application design.
- Execute rigorous testing and deployment procedures for applications.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management:
- Select and implement the best SDLC model for various digital solutions.
- Adhere consistently to best practices and actively pursue continuous learning.
- Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC.
- Produce high-quality technical documents detailing all developments.
Technical Development and Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain code proficiently.
- Utilize technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET.
- Create and test software prototypes; revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
Coaching and Mentoring:
- Provide coaching and mentorship for junior consultants, ensuring skill development.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions with minimal defects.
Customer Interaction:
- Formulate solutions for positive user experiences.
- Address project requirements from internal customers.
- Serve as an expert on applications, offering post-go-live support.
