• Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

• Office & home furniture and interior décor products
Job Purpose
Manage key customers, build and maintain good relationship with the most important customers and ensuring their needs and requirement are met in a timely manner and quality standards as per company policies and procedures to achieve the plan and targets in Project Sales Department.
Key Accountability Areas
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Ensure to provide answers and solutions to all needed requirements and queries of key customers to maintain the good business relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Actively reach out to potential clients and promote the company’s new product.
- Provide some product suggestions and alternatives to customers if they are in doubt during product selection.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Upload relevant data on C4C (Customer Relationship Management system).
- Submit samples and any necessary documents to clients and follow for approval.
Management reporting:
- Suggest some new ideas and strategies to increase the sales.
- Be updated of competitor’s move in the market and informed the Project Sales department (new products, product prices and promotions)
- Provide progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Sales Support and Coordination:
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients, then diligently follow up until approved.
- Attend team meetings to be informed and aligned.
- Monitor and follow up on collections with clients and coordinate accounts for bank posting.

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
