Job Purpose
Alfanar Global Development is the development energy arm of Alfanar Group. We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role will provide strategic legal advice and support on a broad range of project finance and M&A, and corporate finance transactions with a specific focus on the renewable energy sector within the infrastructure industry. You will be a key partner to the business, working closely with deal teams to ensure the successful execution of complex transactions across a global landscape.

Key Accountability Areas
The Candidate will primarily be responsible for managing all the contracts related to the Supply Chain. This is a diverse role that will include:
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on contractual and agreement matters related to the Supply Chain.
- Interpret and provide advice on existing contract provisions
- Analyse the existing contracting structure of the business unit and bring standardisation to the Pos/LoAs/LoIs and Contracts
- Contract Management and communications with suppliers and contractors
- Work directly with clients’ Supply Chain Department and Operations team and other business.
- Experience assisting with risk mitigation and compliance with applicable laws related to corporate Supply Chain Management
- Advise corporate Clients on legal issues Distribution, Transportation, and Logistics.
- Work with regional trade counsel supporting products and coordinate with outside counsel as required to manage conducting global and regional due diligence projects.
- Provide through, accurate, timely and practical legal advice/ consultation with an all appropriate risk on all applicable issues, including with respect to deal execution, new product development, product support, operational matters and marketing communications.
- Mitigate any legal risks associated with the business
- Liaising with external counsels on dispute resolution and litigation matters
- Set up process and procedures for contract approval
- Be responsible to ensure the proper documentation of all supply chain documents
- Single-point of responsibility for any legal queries related to Supply Chain function
- Shall be ready to work for projects in MENA and Europe
- Analyzes and advises on supplier disputes.
- Resolves commercial disputes with vendors of goods
