Job Purpose

To support the Legal Department in handling litigation, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with internal teams and government entities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely legal processes.

Key Accountability Areas

Lawsuits:

  • Assist in filing commercial and executive lawsuits through the Ministry of Justice’s online platform, ensuring all required documents are accurately submitted.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to collect necessary documentation for ongoing or upcoming legal cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review legal notes and feedback provided by the Group Legal Advisor or external litigating parties, and obtain technical opinions when needed.
  • Implementing and follow up all legal and judicial cases "litigation - arbitration" and representing the company in these cases.

Documentation Preparation and Coordination:

  • Prepare and process legal documents for submission to governmental and legal authorities, supporting various corporate services.
  • Review legal documentation received from internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to further legal action.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital records in accordance with group compliance standards.

Letters and Memoranda:

  • Draft a variety of official letters and internal/external memoranda as requested by Legal Department leadership.
  • Review legal correspondence to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance before submission for management approval.

Follow-Up and Coordination:

  • Communicate with government entities as necessary to support legal and regulatory processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on legal procedures and documentation requirements related to ongoing or pending litigation.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Legal Assisting or Any relevant field
