 The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

   • Ceramic wall and floor tiles

   • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

   • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

   • Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose

To drive international business growth by spotting new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and fostering lasting relationships with clients around the world. ensuring the company stays compliant with international trade regulations that require strategic thinking to succeed in various global markets.

Key Accountability Areas

Strategy creation & Enhancement:

  • Developing and Driving Export Strategies: Create and implement clear export sales strategies to help the company grow and meet revenue goals in international markets and position products effectively to maximize opportunities and profitability.
  • Understanding Global Markets: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in key export regions.

Operational Sales Management: 

  • Building Strong Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting connections with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Achieving Sales Goals: Drive sales performance by managing the export sales pipeline and ensuring targets are consistently achieved or surpassed.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Managing Risks: Stay on top of international trade regulations and ensure all export activities meet compliance standards.
  • Proactively address risks related to logistics, payments, and changing regulations to keep operations smooth and trouble-free.

Global Market insights and seeking Opportunities:

  • Sharing Insights and Refining Strategies: Regularly share detailed reports on market performance, sales results, and client feedback with leadership.
  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to understand the economic landscape, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics in target countries.
  • Creating, managing, and reviewing budgets for product ranges to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, and alignment with overall sales objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings, both locally and internationally, to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Leading negotiations on sales terms, pricing, and contracts, while ensuring mutual benefit and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
  • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
  • Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.

  • Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.

  • Provide periodic work progress reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
  • Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Markting & Communication or Any relevant field
